Apprenticeships at Motel One

Motel One offers a dual study programme in Germany. The Bachelor of Arts programme in Tourism Management with a focus on hotel management lasts three and a half years. Students are employed at Motel One and receive similar training to apprentices, acquainting themselves with the various departments at a German Motel One. IUBH School of Business and Management lectures take place at the One Campus in Munich. Motel One students are in their own separate class. Participants need to have a university entrance qualification and speak German at C1 level. 

Motel One offers a total of three different apprenticeships in Germany and Austria: hotel manager, hotel administrator, and specialist in the hospitality industry. The practical part of the apprenticeship takes part at a Motel One, which allows you to learn more about the hotel’s different departments. Apprentices also attend local vocational schools. You will need a valid work permit and B2-level German skills to complete an apprenticeship in Germany or Austria. 

Motel One offers a variety of internships for both pupils and students. Interns are employed by the respective Motel One, and internships are not advertised in the job portal.
