If you find a similar room in the same hotel on another website that you can reserve at a cheaper rate, you will receive that cheaper rate... less a 10% discount!
The best-price guarantee in detail:
- Definition:
If, within 24 hours of making a Motel One reservation on our own website, you find a similar offer (same hotel, same type of room, same stay dates, and the same rate conditions) at a cheaper rate (including booking fees), we will confirm this cheaper rate for you, less an additional 10% discount . - Entitlement:
The best-price guarantee applies only to reservations in a Motel One hotel that have been made on the Motel One website (www.motel-one.com), and for which a reservation number has been sent with the booking confirmation. In order to claim, you must have completed and submitted the online form for the best-price guarantee at www.motel-one.com. - Applicable rates, exceptions:
The best-price guarantee applies only to room reservations per se in hotels of the Motel One brand, but not to flat-rate or package offers that include additional services combined with a room reservation. The rates for which the best-price guarantee applies must be publicly accessible and open for the reservation. Specifically excluded are the following: group rates, corporate rates, rates for Motel One partner companies and their staff, rates for Motel One employees. - How to submit requests for the best-price guarantee:
The online form to claim the best-price guarantee must be completed in full and submitted with all the information required in the mandatory fields. You may make a claim within 24 hours of making the booking at www.motel-one.com, and up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival in the hotel. If the original reservation was made less than 72 hours before the arrival, the best-price guarantee does not apply. - Processing of requests for best-price guarantee:
Provided all the guarantee conditions have been met, the best-price guarantee will be granted following a check by Customer Services. In that case, you will receive an e-mail from Customer Services with the reservation number and the new rate that will apply for your reservation. If the claim does not meet the conditions for the best-price guarantee, you will receive an e-mail from Customer Services with the information that the best-price guarantee does not apply. - Liability:
Motel One assumes no liability for any costs incurred from cancelling a reservation, particularly if the reservation was made on a different website from the Motel One website. Motel One reserves the right to change or cancel the best-price guarantee and its associated conditions at any time, and without giving prior notice.
