If within 24 hours of booking a Motel One room via our website, you find a comparable offer (same hotel, same room type, same dates, same rate conditions) at a cheaper price (including booking fees), we will confirm you this lower rate with a discount of 10% on this lower price.
How to claim
The Best Price Guarantee only applies to bookings in a Motel One Hotel made via the Motel One website www.motel-one.com and which have been confirmed via booking number. For claims, the online form for the Best Price Guarantee at www.motelone.com should be completed and sent off.
Current rates, exceptions
The Best Price Guarantee applies only to reservations in hotels of the brand Motel One but not for all-inclusive or package deals that include additional services in connection with a reservation.
The rates for which the Best Price Guarantee applies must be available to the public and open for the reservation. Exceptions are in particular: Group rates, Company rates, rates for Motel One partners and their employees and rates for Motel One employees.
Motel One cannot be held liable for the costs incurred due to cancellation, particularly if the reservation was made via a website other than the Motel One website. Motel One reserves the right to change or cancel the Best Price Guarantee and the associated conditions at any time without prior notice
The online form for a claim under the Best Price Guarantee must be sent off after all compulsory fields have been completed. A claim may be submitted within 24 hours following the booking via www.motel-one.com and up to 72 hours before the planned arrival in the Hotel. If the original booking was made less than 72 hours before arrival, the Best Price Guarantee will not apply.
Processing the Best Price Guarantee requirements:
The Best Price Guarantee will be allowed following assessment by Customer Services if all guarantee conditions have been fulfilled. In this case, Customer Services will send an e-mail with the reservation number and the new rate applied to your reservation. If the advertisement does not contain the details of the Best Price Guarantee, you will receive an e-mail from Customer Servicesstating that the Best Price Guarantee cannot be applied.
