Nice room, not too large but adequate, very modern. Public areas are spacious and worth a 4 star hotel. I missed a soap bar in the bathroom, only liquid soap.

WiFi needs further improvements.

The only thing I would ask to improve is perhaps that more varied food can be offered in the lounge/bar, not just toasts. Other than that, best hotel in Brussels

Overall a very pleasant stay at your Motel-however when I comeback would request a room at rear to drown out road noise from Trams etc.

Perfect location, hotel services are excellent, very elegant and confortable environment.

Room was a bit small, clean & tidy. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Good check in. Hotel staff couldn't give us help over train times.

The hotel is quite good. I will focus on 3 negative issues: I had to pay a surplus because there was an event in Brussels, these surcharges should be avoided; Breakfast should be cheaper; More soap in the bathroom should be provided. Thanks.

Good hotel, great location and friendly staff

Friendly atmosphere and services despite busy evenings at the hotel

The hotel was very crouded, so was the breakfast area. This time the price was alsmost double than usual....very expensive for a budget hotel... Otherwise, the service, cleaning and facilities were up to the usual good standards.

the best hotel for me to stay for the next time.

great hotel group. never disappointed.

This was not the first time, when I was at Motel One. When I went back, some of the stuff recognized me, and it was a warm welcome from them. The room is clean, and looks very good. The breakfast is ok, but in the rush hours sometimes hard to find a place.

very clean, friendly reception, good breakfast. Nice, clean and quiet rooms, good bed Nothing left to be desired for an overnight stay in Brussels

Good location, small rooms but with confortable beds e clean and efficient bathrooms, nice and friendly staff. The only problem is a smellish carpet in the room.

one receptionist was really dumb, but the rest of the team was perfect and smiling. Yoghurt and ffruits of breakfast should be put in a higher position - they are too accessible to spit of people when they talk on it or take them

i had a pleasant stay at Motel one in Brussels! Highly reccommended

Hotel is one of best were you get value for your money. At very good location in the center of Brussels clsoe all public transporation

We stayed for 3 nights for a long weekend. The room was smaller than I expected but very clean. The shower is not my idea of a "rain shower" as advertised, just a normal one you'd find at home, and they kept giving us 2 single duvets instead of 1 queen sized? For a fairly expensive hotel I did expect a little more than I initially walked into. However, despite these minor mistakes the room was spotless, the location was great for tourist attractions (walking distance or 5 minute walk to Parc metro station, or tram stop outside) and the room was very well soundproofed (when firmly shut we couldn't hear the building work just across the street). Lastly the staff were friendly; they didn't seem to mind speaking to us in English when we were struggling with our French which we were extremely grateful for! I'd definitely recommend this hotel for those who plan to be out and about for the majority of the day and evening, not so much for those wishing to relax in their room; simply because there isn't a fridge to keep snacks or drinks fresh and the TV channels are of course quite limited.

Wonderful, clean, polite and helpful.

A good bed, a clean shower and a great lobby, all I need, except for one thing I desperately missed: a good espresso.

This was my sixth hotel through my European holiday and had the worst check in experience. I was genuinely tired and hassled at check in due to the rain and had to catch the train to bruges in an hour when I arrived, but was not given the room key right away. I was told key will be given only after payment though I had requested if I could come down and make the payment after getting fresh and settling down while my wife used the room. It was more like an airport rather than a hotel lobby with the amount of queuing. I was under the impression I have already done the payment online and while I made sure I'm not paying again the line grew twofold. As a result I missed my train and had to take the next one. the room was perfect. but down a long corridor away from the elevator. It was raining and there were no umbrellas. I asked for an iron at night and in the morning three times at half hour intervals but then had to make do without the iron as none of the guests gave it back. perhaps a system can be put in place to collect the irons back. there was only one towel and one bath gel in the room while we were a couple. on asking had to go down and get more myself, though it should have been provided already, as receptionist said he was too busy to get it to the room but i found four staff chatting among themselves in the early morning to an empty lobby. The staff member who handed it to me had a smirk on his face while I complained. Like silly foreigner what are you gonna do about it. the service was extremely lacking. at check in and check out your reception staff was overworked and hurried so could not be genuinely warm just smiling and struggling through the barrage of people and thus cutting you short bordering on rude sometimes. There was always a long wait. you need at least 4 people to be there at high traffic times and a designated person to cater to the luggage room. . overall only a satisfactory experience due to the good room. but that's not all what hospitality is about. on our travels we stayed in the smallest boutique to largest hotel chains and all the rooms were good but this was the worst experience service wise.

I like staying in Motel One. What I mind is a missing soap and shower cap in the rooms.

Motel One in Bruxelles offers unique value for money and will clearly be a preferred alternative for me in the future when staying at a fixed budget. No major drawbacks except from breakfast during peak hours, which reminded me most of a crowded railway station.

Nice service, clean room. Only thing that was unfortunately disgusting were hairs from former guests under the pillows. Please make sure that there are no remains of former guests.

Very efficient management. Extremely helpful and polite front desk personnel.

Very nice and good hotel with good reception and breakfast service. Luckily I speak many languages, but unfortunately the staff has very poor knowledge of the Dutch language. I have stayed twice at your hotel and it happened twice. You have 1 Dutch Girl working and she's really great, very friendly and speaks many languages. I have only seen het once during my check in. Unfortunately the staff isn't as friendly at the bar. They are not welcoming any guests, they stay behind the bar and when I order a drink they are not even looking at me. Both times I have experienced this. The 1st time I stayed 4 nights at the Hotel and all 4 nights this happened and again during my last visit. This time I have been at a street side room. A lot of noise and didn't sleep well. The 1st time I had a quiet room (garden) and that was perfect. I know now that I will add this comment in my next booking.

Insgesamt guter Aufenthalt.

Modernes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel in zentraler Lage.

Ein tolles Stadthotel, ideal für Städtereisen

Sehr gute Lage: Sehenswürdigkeiten und Bahnhof/Bus/ Tram zu Fuss erreichbar; Zimmer war ruhig und sauber;

Zimmer top, Service super.

Telefon miserabel. Reception nicht erreichbar

Sehr netter Empfang, gute Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks, sehr nettes Barteam. Sehr gute Sauberkeit.
