The challenge in the past years for Motel One to position itself as a low budget design hotel brand was one that we initially in Germany, mastered perfectly. Several awards but also the capacities andresults and the large number of satisfied guests confirm us in the path we have taken.
We were able to implement our strategy, a demand for high quality of the product and the design combined with excellent locations and a very attractive price. The basis for success is satisfied employees and guests at the heart of the Motel One business philosophy.
With currently 43 hotels and more than 9,500 rooms, we have become one of the largest providers in the budget sector in Germany.
Our next step takes us to Europe. This is where we opened both the first hotels in Austria 2011 and opened the first Motel One in Edinburgh in 2012. By 2014, we wish to expand the network of locations to 60 hotels and around 13,500 rooms with already 2,500 rooms outside Germany.Ambitious objectives that we will achieve with the support of our partners and the high level of motivation or our staff.
