Top Haus, top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal in Bar, Rezeption und Housekeeping. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl, Ein zweiter Bereich mit Kaffeeautomaten wäre bei den vielen Gästen sinnvoll, Perfekte Rooftop Bar, Tolle freundliche Barkeeper, Große Auswahl! Kommen gerne wieder!
Zimmer sauber, freundliches Personal, gute Lage, keine 10 Punkte, da der Frühstücksraum im Keller , fensterlos u sehr laut
Ein tolles Designhotel ; sehr sauber und super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einziges Manko - es war viel zu warm zum Schlafen, trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung - die Klimaanlage war nicht in Betrieb . In unserem Zimmer konnte aufgrund des gegenüberliegenden Bahnhofs das Fenster wegen der Lärmbelästigung nicht geöffnet werden und die darüberliegende Musik der Roof Top Bar tat ihr übriges….. Wir werden gern wieder kommen , nur in ein ruhigeres Zimmer ! Vielen Dank

Motel One ist immer wieder hervorragend. Dieses Mal in Prag. Top Personal - hilfsbereit für alle Anliegen (teilweise sogar Deutsch sprechend) und immer freundlich.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum hervorragend. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer sehr sauber, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität – wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen

Ein sehr schöner Aufenhalt im neuen CloudOne in Prag. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch an der Bar. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat mir auf Nachfrage ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zugewiesen. Die RoofTop Bar ist großartig mit einem grandiosen Blick über Prag. Das Zimmer hatte den gewohnt guten Standard, unterschied sich aber nicht von einem TheOne im MotelOne, hier sollte man ggf. mehr den CloudOne Auftritt hervorheben. Das Frühstück war durch die CloudOne Ergänzungen (Rührei etc.) sehr gut, es fehlte nichts.
Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, leider konnte niemand deutsch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war gut.
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig.

Personal atento y amable , muy profesional. Instalaciones limpias,estancia muy agradable.
Good location, very clean, friendly staff. The roof top bar is very good. The room was lacking some basic staff like an iron for clothes or a wardrobe, or basic toiletries . The daily cleaning was satisfactory. I would recommend your hotel.
I do like the hotel, the staff is very kind, the rooms are small but very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the rooftop terrace is second to none in the summer :-)
Love that there are different pillow densities. The mattress was comfortable. Everything was clean and easy. Loved specially that the room looked towards the courtyard so it was sooo quiet. Really happy with the stay overall.
The staff at this hotel are truly wonderful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and it really makes a difference to the overall experience. A special mention again to the lady who prepares the cappuccinos in the morning – she is amazing. It is such a pleasure to start the day seeing a smiling face and enjoying such a great coffee before heading out.
Top Lage, ruhig, Sauber sher freundlich
It was great , as usual, the only one reason for the lower number evaluation , especially for the bathroom is, that toilet paper and tissue were out of stock on the second night, however I were not in the room and did not use it for the whole day, only in evenings. Normally in the past there were always a second roll of toilet paper or more tissues, but now it was not the case.
Es hätte mich gewundert, wenn dieser Aufenthalt von anderen abweichen würde - wie immer alles top!
The usual great experience at Motel One - spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, powerful and hot shower and of course the Motel One bars, which are always a highlight of a stay. Staff at Florentinum Prague were friendly, helpful and efficient - a credit to Motel One - thank you 👍

The hotel is suitable for my needs, but more attention should be paid to the cleaning. I have had clean rooms and rooms where the cleaning was superficial, I have been staying here every month for almost a year now. The last room I stayed in, now in February, did not seem to have been cleaned properly, in the bathroom I found a white hair cut off on the sink counter, the light in the room was on and a smell in the room as if someone had just vacated the room even though I checked in at 6 pm. Initially I said that there was someone in the room finding that light on, I know that usually without the card the light does not stay on. I previously requested a trash bag for the bathroom bin, which is still missing. I also appreciate the free water card that I only received this time from the reception without asking for it. Until now I have not benefited from this advantage of having water from the hotel, my colleagues told me that I had to ask at the reception, it did not seem normal to come and ask if I had this facility, it should have been given to me at the time of accommodation, not to ask for it myself. I gave a score close to the maximum, with two exceptions, it would be good to take into account certain requests.

Close to the city centre and to public transport. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Breakfast buffet is full of choices, with vegan and gluten free options. The room was clean and silent. Large bathroom, only thing there's no ventilation fan in it.
Jako vždy jsme si pobyt velmi užili. Prosíme pouze o zaslání faktury za pobyt - při check outu nám jí slečna na recepci nevystavila z důvodu platba pobytu při elektronickém check in.
The rating was lowered because there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom and no kettle.
I had a really lovely stay at Motel One! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend booking Motel One and would happily stay there again!

Mini fridge in the room is missing. Sometimes there are heating problems. Bathroom supplies replacement/ refiling- sometimes are missing.
I have stayed here regularly since it opened. Quiet rooms at the back of the hotel. Nice bar area at the front. I tried two rooms as there was a slight humming noise from the ventilation or electrics in the ceiling, which continued all night.
Design není všechno. Na toto by měl management hotelu pamatovat a zlepšit provoz a obsluhu v baru v 6. patře ve večerních hodinách. Čekání na objednávku před 15 minut (při poloprázdném baru), nemožnost přesměrovat účet na pokoj (nepříjemné překvapení), krkolomnost personálu při konverzaci v češtině, kdy jsem měl nutkání přejít do angličtiny, aby obsluhu zbavil stresu a hledání správných slovíček. Smluvní podmínky tohoto hodnocení a Informacemi o ochraně osobních údajů pouze v němčině? Asi by se měly ukázat v jazyce, v jakém je hodnocení vyplňováno.
Excellent location for transport links and walkable to the mains sights. Clean. Lovely bar area. Only improvement would have been reception recognising I was a cloud one member. I did not receive my member benefit on check in. The rooms are snug with very limited storage for clothing but perfectly adequate for a short city break.
I booked explicitly a “roomy room” to have a larger room. I got a very small room (30cm between bed and tv wall) so i thought this is a mistake. I was assured that the standard rooms are even smaller, this i doubt but i just find it ridiculous that you pay extra to get a bigger room and the bigger room is very small. I will never pay for this extra again. This is my third time in this hotel and i always was luck and had a bigger room. Reservation process is easy to reserve but check in all the way that you get a room assigned and the bill is not really running, so the app is not worth as it just occupies phone storage and you still have to go through reception. Overall my experience is OK. The location of the hotel is excellent, however the rooms are a little dated/tired and compared to my experience at the occidental in Prague 5 the room there was nicer. They also include a small fridge to keep drinks/food cold which is nice, which you do not.
Lage und Preis waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war nach hinten raus, daher auch ruhig. Allerdings sind im Gebäude direkt gegenüber Büros. Wenn man die schweren Vorhangschals aufzieht, haben die Büroangestellten freie Sicht auf die Hotelzimmer. Ein leichter Store wäre sinnvoll. Das Zimmer war groß genug, dass noch etwas mehr Mobiliar reingepaßt hätte. Wenn man sich etwas zu essen mit aufs Zimmer bringt, fehlt es an zueinander passenden Möbeln bzw. Ablageflächen (Tisch und Stuhl). Ein Wasserkocher wäre eine enorme Aufwertung. Dafür dass dieses Hotel mit seinem Signature-Design wirbt, war das Zimmer überraschend nichtssagend. Weiße Wände, brauner Teppich, brauner Vorhang. Sonst nichts. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber auch nicht begeisternd. Das Zimmer war sauber, Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und ausreichend. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Untergeschoss und daher fensterlos.
Wir waren als Paar für 5 Nächte hier. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Hotel ist sehr zentral und man kann gut zu Fuß alles erreichen.

3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Preis-Leistung ist kaum zu schlagen. Die Lage einfach genial, um sehr viel zu Fuß zu erkunden. Tramstation und Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles top.

Günstige Designhotels in Prag – dein Motel One
Wenn du aus der Tür unseres Hotels in der Nähe des Prager Hauptbahnhofs trittst, bist du mitten drin in einer spannenden Stadt.
Die Prager Burg ist ein riesiges Netzwerk aus Türmen, Kirchen, Palästen, Gärten und Sälen. Vom Hotel aus auf der anderen Seite der Moldau gelegen, thront die größte geschlossene Burganlage der Welt über der tschechischen Hauptstadt. Hier kannst du neben der beeindruckenden Architektur auch die Kronjuwelen von Böhmen und die goldenen Reliquien des Veitsdoms bewundern. Und du kannst einmal ungeniert durch Franz Kafkas Wohnstube schlendern.
Den Rückweg in die Innenstadt solltest du unbedingt über die Karlsbrücke antreten. Selbst wer kein Geschichtsfan ist, wird von dieser Brücke mit ihren Heiligenfiguren gefangen genommen.
Und dann tauchst du einfach in die verwinkelten Gassen der Altstadt ein und lässt dich vom Strom der Menschen mal hierhin, mal dorthin ziehen. Verlaufen ist hier fast vorprogrammiert und dabei entdeckst du so manches versteckte Café, coole Shops und die typische Prager Art, Altes mit Neuem zu mixen.
Altstädter Ring und Partymeilen
Der Altstädter Ring, das 9.000 Quadratmeter große Zentrum der Stadt, kennt zu jeder Tageszeit ein eigenes Gesicht. Tagsüber stehen das Palais Kinský, das Haus zur Steinernen Glocke oder das Altstädter Rathaus mit seiner berühmten Rathausuhr auf dem Programm, die im Jahre 1410 gebaut wurde und als technisch ausgeklügeltes Meisterwerk der damaligen Zeit gilt.
Abends öffnen hier zahlreiche Clubs ihre Türen und bringen Einheimische und Tourist*innen mit einem ganz eigenen Sound zum Tanzen. Wer jedoch wirklich wissen will, warum Prag europaweit in einem Atemzug mit Berlin oder London genannt wird, sollte sich allerdings ins Viertel Vinoradska aufmachen. Oder in der Neustadt vorbeischauen oder die Straßen in Zizkov ablaufen … Es gibt tatsächlich kaum eine Ecke in der Hauptstadt, die sich die Prager Kunst- und Kulturszene nicht auf ihre einzigartige Art erobert hat. Denn hier weht tatsächlich noch der Geist der vielbesungenen Bohème. Hauptsache machen, lautet hier das Motto.
